500 euros a night warrants air-conditioning, right? Well not here. We are here in mid July 2023, in a heat wave, and our “executive suite” doesn’t have a functioning air conditioner. We’ve asked a total of 4 times, and after the first 3 where we were reassured it would get cooler (it didn’t), they finally “reset the system”. It’s finally down to about 72 degrees in here now, at 10 pm but that is all that can be done. The bedroom is not cool, and they are not able to provide fans even. I would understand in a less expensive hotel, but On the plus side, the garden breakfast (included) was lovely. downstairs decor is nice, room decor is on a 1970’s palate. Location is a 20 min walk from the cathedral, not particularly “central” for tourists. Cannot recommend, particularly for the price.

The website suggests a true luxury hotel. We got a very good rate (160€/night) and reserved. The hotel gave a good impression in the reception and the checkin was very efficient and courteous. We even got an upgrade to a junior suite. However, in reality, it is a relatively standard OK hotel and correct for the rate we payed in Milan. It is not the large photo's of Andy Warhol and Basquiat and some Buddha's that make it a luxury art hotel. Instead, it is a 20 year old slightly worn-out building where the walls and floors received a new layer of paper, paint or carpet. But it remains a form of camouflage. Breakfast is average to below average. And on day 3, when the weather did not allow for breakfast outside, we were put in a dark and clumsy backroom. In conclusion, OK but don't expect luxury.

In my vast experience of traveling across Europe and south East Asia / this is by far the worst five star hotel. Dirty towels, hair on the bed just as we checked in - the next morning all my kids got bug bites and even though we told the management right away- there response was equivalent to doing nothing! It then took them another 24 hours to give us new bed sheets, but by then the damage was done. No apologies from anyone in the hotel. As I write this, I am still in my room 152 and have terrible internet connection and the wise advice the front desk manager niccolo could give was- too many people using the internet- like I am a 6 year old and the time exactly is 11:26 pm on a Tuesday night. Also get this, they have no hair dryers in the room and it is a proud 5 star hotel. The front desk manager are the worst prepared or trained I have ever seen. Never staying here ever again and would recommend for anyone traveling with families to avoid even if it’s free

This hotel which is situated at the heart of Milan, a short walk from Duomo place, looks to be a city building transformed into a boutique hotel. It surrounds an inner court that serves as a seating area for the restaurant or as an outside bar. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful and the decore eclectic. The rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Horrible staff and manager named Ahmed. My room was allotted in emergency exit area (literally outside the hotel) It’s a ghost house.I have to turn on the torch on my phone to search for room key in my purse outside the room. There is no light in the corridor. I don’t know how they call themselves 5star hotel. The best solution they come up with is ‘we can’t do anything’ as they have taken money in advance .I am posting some photos outside my room. This my room 306.
